Plan for the busiest shift, not the first morning.
Tell us the maximum crew working at one time, the start date, the hours on site and the expected project length. A bathroom remodel with a small crew needs a different setup from a commercial project with multiple trades. Include workers who join later so toilet capacity and washing facilities keep pace with the job.
On a Bellflower Boulevard or Artesia Boulevard property, discuss the actual entrance and authorized placement with the site supervisor. A convenient street address may lead to the customer entrance rather than the loading gate. Keep the unit within reach of the crew and available to our service team as fencing and stored materials change.

California Title 8 section 1526 sets a baseline of one separate toilet facility for every 20 employees or fraction thereof of each sex. The rule includes provisions for all-gender facilities and an exception allowing one single-user facility where fewer than five employees are employed. Review the actual workforce and arrangements with your site supervisor.

Section 1527 calls for at least one washing station per 20 employees or fraction, with water, soap and hygienic drying. With non-water-carriage toilets, washing facilities must be outside and not attached to the toilet facility; a limited exception applies where fewer than five employees use one toilet facility. A deluxe unit’s interior sink is therefore not automatically the right construction washing arrangement.

Work above ground level
Ask about a high-rise portable unit and the appropriate lifting configuration for upper-floor work. The project team must coordinate lifting, placement and safe service access with the equipment provided. Tell us about the work area before selecting a conventional ground-level unit.
