Start with the restrooms guests can actually use.
At a backyard party, you may want to keep everyone outside. At a rented hall, building restrooms may already handle some attendance. Tell us what is available throughout the event, including setup and breakdown, before deciding how many portable toilets to add.
For an event without existing restrooms, our quantity planner begins with one toilet per 50 guests for up to four hours. Longer events, alcohol service and concentrated breaks can increase demand. Treat the initial quantity as a starting point for the complete event layout.
Coordinate the park or venue reservation.
Bellflower’s recreation facilities include Simms Park, Thompson Park and Caruthers Park. If you are using a public facility, ask the venue contact which bathrooms are included, whether outside equipment is permitted and where a delivery vehicle may enter. The restroom delivery window needs to fit the approved access hours as well as the event reservation.
City of Bellflower: parks and recreation facilities ↗Choose comfort, access and washing together.
Standard units suit casual gatherings. Deluxe units add flushing or interior washing features. A trailer offers an indoor-style experience when the property has adequate space and an approved utility plan. Include accessible toilets and a firm, usable route within each restroom cluster.
Put handwashing where people leave the restrooms. Public events with food vendors also need a food-sanitation plan: the organizer’s guest facilities and each operator’s food-handling setup serve different purposes.

Arrange delivery before tables, fencing or catering vehicles fill the approach. For a multi-day event, agree on cleaning and replenishment between operating periods. Keep someone available to provide collection access after guests leave.
