Before delivery: six details to settle.
- Address and entrance. Give us the actual delivery gate, cross street or lot number, plus a site contact.
- Clear route. Measure narrow openings and flag tight turns, steps, slopes, wires or low branches.
- Placement. Choose firm, level ground with room for the door and users.
- Access permission. Arrange approval from the property owner, venue or responsible site contact.
- Service route. Keep pumping and restocking access available during the rental.
- Pickup. Plan the collection request and gate access before the property is locked.
Will it fit through the gate?
A PolyJohn PJN3 is 43.5 inches wide, 47 inches deep and 91 inches high. Measure the clear opening with the gate fully open, including latches or posts. Then check the rest of the route. A tight corner or step beyond a wide gate can still affect access.
PolyJohn PJN3 dimensions ↗Trailers need more than a parking space.
A trailer requires room for the towing approach, turning, positioning and deployed steps or an accessible entry. Provide the booked model’s power and water arrangements. Keep hoses and cables out of the guest route, and leave the collection approach open after the event.
For Bellflower homes and commercial properties
Move parked vehicles and materials from the intended route. At a residential development, confirm the approved driveway or loading area with the property manager. Keep the restroom away from excavation and moving equipment; avoid a location that blocks parking access, a sidewalk or a shared exit. If access changes between booking and delivery, call us before the scheduled visit.
