Ask how many existing bathrooms your guests can use and whether they remain open during setup, the reception and cleanup. An indoor room connected to an outdoor celebration can have different access hours from the rest of the property. Decide early whether extra facilities are for all guests, an overflow area or event staff.
A restroom trailer provides flushing toilets, sinks and mirrors, with climate-controlled options. A deluxe portable unit can suit a smaller gathering when trailer access is tight. Both choices work best when capacity is matched to the full reception rather than the ceremony alone.
Confirm the trailer location before booking.
Have the property owner approve a firm, level position and the towing route. Account for the hitch, steps, doors and walking space beyond the trailer body. Review available water and power, connection distances and any limits on generators with the venue contact.
Standard trailer steps do not provide wheelchair access. Include an accessible trailer option or a ground-level ADA unit and a usable route for guests who need it. Put that route on the same plan as parking, dining and the ceremony space.
