Use a site map as well as an attendance count.
Festival attendance spreads across entrances, entertainment areas, vendors and queues. Place restroom clusters where people can find them without crossing a stage audience or blocking an exit. Give the rental team the event map, peak attendance and hours, including vendor setup and staff breakdown.
Plan each accessible restroom with its route and surrounding space. A public-event cluster may need more than one accessible unit as the cluster grows. Our accessible restroom guide explains the Access Board’s portable toilet cluster guidance.
Separate guest washing from food-booth requirements.
Los Angeles County Public Health’s community-event guidance addresses event organizer and food-facility responsibilities. Coordinate the guest restroom plan with the food organizer before booking equipment. Food operators may need their own handwashing and utensil-washing arrangements in addition to the sinks provided for attendees.
LA County community events and temporary food facilities ↗Reserve a service approach through the barriers.
Once fencing, stalls or street barriers are in position, the delivery route may disappear. Mark an authorized service entry and contact on the plan. For multi-day use, agree on cleaning, pumping and restocking between operating periods, with access arrangements that remain valid after staff changes.
Confirm venue and city approvals.
A park reservation and event permissions are separate from the equipment booking. Discuss outside restroom placement, vehicle entry and public-space use with the responsible Bellflower venue or city contact. Our delivery schedule should match the approved setup and removal windows.
